Key Administrative Associates was founded by two experienced administrative professionals, with the goal of providing superior administrative support to executives, small businesses, medical offices, and non-profits.  Today, we have grown into a network of both in office and home based virtual assistance staff who share the same desire to provide the very best services. 

 

Senior Associates

Kay

Kay has a BS in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University.   Kay has over 7 years providing administrative and billing support in the medical industry.  She has 4 years experience in the fleet leasing industry.

Evette

Evette has a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago.  Evette has over 10 years experience supporting C-Level executives.

 

Master Virtual Associates

Kay

Over 7 years experience providing administrative and medical billing & coding. She has a B.S. from Northwestern University.

 

Evette 

Over 10 years experience providing senior level administrative support and office management.  She has a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.

 

Cari

Over 15 years experience providing administrative support and office management.  She has a A.A. from Oakton Community College. Cari is currently attending Robert Morris College to obtain her bachelors degree in business administration.

 

Samuel

Over 5 years experience in the communication and marketing industries.  He has a B.A. from DePaul University.

 

Tori

Over 4 years experience in administrative support and office management. She has a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.

 

Mark

Over 2 years experience in information technology.  He has a B.S. from Depaul University.
