How It Works: Administrative SupportStep 1: All clients are assigned an Administrative Consultant (Account Manager) that is dedicated to his/her work. The client only communicates with the assigned Administrative Consultant Account Manager. The Administrative Consultant Account Manager acts as a project manager for ALL of the clients projects.
Step 2: The client sends his/her assigned Administrative Consultant (Account Manager) a task/project via the dropbox, email, instant messaging, Skype, Google Talk, mail, phone, or fax. The Administrative Consultant (Account Manager) will contact the client with any questions prior to starting the task/project. 
KEY Administrative Associates will pick up projects from your home or office if you are located in the Chicagoland area.
Step 3: KEY Administrative Associates' virtual assistant staff completes the project. The final project is reviewed and approved by the Administrative Consultant (Account Manager) prior to sending final product to client.
Step 4: The Administrative Consultant (Account Manager) sends final product to the client. The client is billed only for the time spent working on his/her task.

| How It Works: Medical Billing Step 1: All clients are assigned a Medical Billing Consultant (Account Manager). The client will only communicate with the assigned account manager.
Step 2: The client sends his/her Medical Billing Consultant (Account Manager) documents via the client access page, mail, email, instant messaging, Skype, Google Talk, phone, or fax. The account manager will contact doctor and/or doctors office with any questions.
KEY Administrative Associates will pick up medical billing documents from your home or office if you are located in the Chicagoland area.
Step 3: The Medical Billing Consultant (Account Manager) will review CPT and ICD-9 coding for compliance and accuracy. Step 4: KEY Administrative Associates' medical billing staff will prepare and transmit claims electronically and receive acknowledgement of receipt of claims from clearing house and/or insurance companies.Step 5: Medical Billing Consultant (Account Manager) will monitor payer adjudication and maintain an aging report. The aging report will be accessible to client 24/7. Step 6: Medical Billing Consultant (Account Manager) will generate patient statements if option is selected by client.Step 7: If selected by client, the Medical Billing Consultant (Account Manager) will follow-up with patients regarding payments and handle collections. Our medical billing staff is available to make appointment reminder phone calls, remind patients to bring co-payments, follow-up with no-shows, etc.
